The Bay Area's first Old Navy flagship store, a spiffy, four-level location in downtown San Francisco was completed after three years of retrofitting and construction. The store is the first Old Navy flagship store west of Chicago and the chain's largest location-- it is four times the size of a standard Old Navy.
