The JPMorgan Chase Building is a 31-story, Class A office building. It also features two levels of underground parking and a large ground level plaza. The project is owned by National Office Partners Limited Partnership (NOP), a joint venture between Hines and the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS). 560 Mission has received numerous awards including: American Society of Landscape Architects (2003) and ENERGY STAR Label (2004).
