Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center is a licensed acute-care hospital with a distinct part that is skilled nursing and a rehabilitation-care facility within the Community Health Network, which is owned and operated by the City and County of San Francisco, Department of Public Health. It is the largest single site municipally owned and operated skilled nursing care facility in the country.
